| This reef which roughly translated means Gift of God is to be found lying some 3km south of Shaab Sheer. The dive site comprises of a group of coral pinacles formed in the shape of a crescent moon. Starting in a depth of 4m and dropping to the sandy bottom in approx. 20m it can only be dived under dead calm conditions. At this sight you will be able to enjoy some pristine soft and hard coral growth due to the fact that diving access is limited here because of weather conditions. An abundant and varied amount of marine life may be enjoyed here, including schooling masked butterfly fish, napoleons, small white tip reef sharks, large barracuda, giant moray eels and eagle rays. When you have morning visibility this is truly a magical dive. |
